The Europe Place in Komárno is the unique project not only in the Slovak Republic, but also in whole Europe. I understood it, since I as the vice-prime minister of that time overtook the patronage over it, as the realization of the idea of the european fellowship and integration.
It deserves the support also because of the fact, that it meant the investment in the amount of several hundreds of millions in the period difficult for the new entrepreneurial activities, as well as the establishment of the new social, commercial and residential centre, important for the whole region.
The Europe Place will certainly become the lively part of Komárno, as well as the centre of the culture and history and the tourist attraction of both the town and the Slovak Republic.
